Work visa approved letter from the relevant ministry (+ 2 copies)
The letter should confirm the traveller’s position and role in the company, written on the company letter headed paper. Should include the traveller’s full passport details, arrival/departure dates, and who will take financial responsibility for the trip, stamped and signed by the relevant ministry. For the Oil & Gas sector it should be stamped and
Valid passport
Must be valid for more than 9 months on submission with at least 2 blank pages .
2 photographs

Letter of invitation (LOI)
Confirming the traveller’s position and role in the company, written on the company letterheaded paper. Should include the traveller’s full passport details, arrival/departure dates issued by the Angolan Ministry of Natural Resources and Petroleum (MIRENPET) accompanied by the company letter requesting the LOI from MIRENPET.
